São Paulo, February 2019 – In December 2018, Cnseg – the National Confederation of General Insurance, Private Pension and Life, Supplementary Health and Capitalization Companies – gathered the great names of the Brazilian insurance sector in order to recognize and celebrate the best practices of the field. In an event at Copacabana Palace Hotel, in Rio de Janeiro, one of the awards was given to Zurich Seguros. The company’s case “Close The Loop – Remodeling the Process of Contact with Clients” was rated as one of the best of its category – Communication.
“Receiving this award is obviously very special for our entire team for the recognition of a lot of hard work and dedication”, said Roberto Hernández, Chief Claims Officer of Zurich Brazil. “But what makes me truly happy is the feeling of a well-performed task. After all, ‘Close the Loop’ was developed because we had the goal to exceed our customer expectations, and having performed what we have proposed them and ourselves, is the real prize for us”.
The “Close the Loop” project was created in order to deliver better service for the Brazilian Zurich clients, more sympathetic and attentive. To achieve its goals, the Zurich team assumed four pillars that would get starting with the change mindset: support, agility, excellence and solution. “Close the Loop” stood out among 115 other registered cases, split into 3 different categories.
