This Data Protection Policy governs the processing of the personal data supplied by the Data Subject via the Internet website (hereinafter, the “website”) that iNLIP makes available to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice that can be accessed on the Portal at any time.
The Data Subject guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may be caused as a result of the breach of said obligation. If the data provided pertains to a third party, the Data Subject guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained the latter’s authorisation to supply iNLIP with their data for the purposes indicated.
The website can offer functionalities for sharing content via third-party applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsap or Twitter. These applications can collect and process information related with the user’s browsing on different websites. Any personal information collected by these applications can be used by third-party users thereof, and their interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies that provide the applications.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
iNLIP processes the information supplied by the Data Subject in order to attend to the requests of various kinds made by the latter. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be to deal with (i) queries and requests for proposals, sent via the contact form enabled for this purpose, (ii) CVs sent via the contact form, (iii) subscription to the newsletter service (new developments and legal news), (iv) electronic communications of an informative nature, based on the interests of the Data Subject. iNLIP may prepare a commercial profile based on the information supplied. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of said profile.
PROCESSING DATA IN THE CASE OF SENDING COMMUNICATIONS:
The data used, or provided, in informative and/or promotional communications are processed by iNLIP for purposes consistent with sending electronic information and communications about iNLIP services, activities, publications, celebrations, congratulations and social and professional events or those relating to other companies belonging to the iNLIP group in the legal and/or legal advice sector.
