As part of our strategy to consolidate our worldwide footprint, we are delighted to announce the opening of a new ADVANTA office in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
ADVANTA Dominicana is headed by Arístides Tiburcio, who has become our local Director after a long-term Associate relationship in the region spanning over 12 years.
Arístides is a qualified accountant with 25+ years’ experience in Loss Adjusting within the Dominican insurance industry. Over the course of his career, he has acquired valuable experience in handling losses resulting from high impact hurricanes affecting the region. His specialities include fire, theft, electronic equipment and machinery breakdown claims.
In 2005, he founded A. Tiburcio & Asociados S.A. In his role as Managing Director, his commitment and outstanding professionalism rapidly scaled the business to serve not only the Dominican Republic but also the Caribbean markets. Moreover, his efforts over this time have generated confidence and a high regard for his work and that of his team.
Arístides will work in collaboration with José Miguel Varela, Regional Director, to assist the team with local and international assignments held by the new office and continue to strengthen ADVANTA‘s position within The Caribbean / Latin America.
We welcome him and his team and foretell a long-term and successful relationship in the Dominican Republic to the benefit of clients in the region who have trusted ADVANTA over the years.
