About U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group, Inc. (“RE40s”)
Established in 2008, the U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group, Inc. (“RE40s”) was founded to bring together young professionals in reinsurance through education, charitable activities and networking. Its mission is to keep the insurance industry connected. RE40s creates opportunities that help you expand your horizons, connections and think differently about your career & development. The U.S. Reinsurance Under 40s Group, Inc. is managed by a board and committee members (under 40, hence the name) from a wide array of insurance industry organizations. Alex Mican is currently the Presient.
RE40s is a diverse and inclusive group that welcomes everyone (no matter your age) from the insurance industry to attend our events and network with our members.
About iNLIP
Founded in Miami, iNLIP, (independent Network of Latin Americans Insurance Professionals) is a fully independent community site where insurance professionals interested in Latin America from all over the world share news, articles, jobs, events, seminars, webinars, etc.
After his experience managing other insurance networks and (re) Insurance Forums / seminars in Miami, years ago David Roig decided to create a new and innovative concept and website & networking group, an independent network of Latin American Insurance Professionals.

The network is absolutely open to all (re) insurance companies, loss adjusters, brokers, forensic accountants, experts and insurance law firms. (Re) Insurance Companies can publish articles at no extra cost. Insurance service providers (vendors) are asked to support the powerful and unmatched iNLIP´s infrastructure. The objectives of independent Network of LATAM Insurance Professionals (iNLIP) are:
- To empower relationships between professionals from different areas of the insurance Latin American market
- To promote discussion and innovative ideas
- To organise networking events, seminars and networking events
