- Make changes to the source code and SQL queries for our Claims Management system.
- Create new developments and SQL queries to improve the processes of our Claims Management system.
- Ensure the Claims Management system availability and security.
- Configure Manage and Monitor the Microsoft Azure console resources where the our Claims Management system is hosted.
- Documentation of development cycle processes.
- User support for Windows and MAC face-to-face, telephone and remote platform to all corporate offices’ users.
- Keep the computers and peripheral computer equipment inventory updated.
- SW update on servers.
- Antivirus update on all corporate computers.
- Helpdesk logs.
- Equipment installation and configuration.
- iCloud accounts configuration.
- Office 365 and OneDrive licensing installation,
- Administration of NAS hard drives and/or all corporate offices servers.
- Maintain network structure and install or repair nodes as required
- Technical Support to all corporate offices’ users.
