Employment Type Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City.
Education: Systems/Computer Engineering degree
English Language (Intermediate level)
Experience: At least 3 years of verifiable experience.
  • Servers with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, TCP/IP network protocols
  • Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Backups, Incident correction, networks, port, protocols, security, Firewall and Azure environment management)
  • PHP programming (Advanced).
  • MySQL and SQL Management (Advanced).
  • Programming in WEB environments.
  • Application development for iOS and Android
  • Administration and installation of Voice and Data Networks.
  • Firewall knowledge (Fortinet preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of ASPEL systems installation.
  • Technical Support for MAC and Windows platforms
  • Make changes to the source code and SQL queries for our Claims Management system.
  • Create new developments and SQL queries to improve the processes of our Claims Management system.
  • Ensure the Claims Management system availability and security.
  • Configure Manage and Monitor the Microsoft Azure console resources where the our Claims Management system is hosted.
  • Documentation of development cycle processes.
  • User support for Windows and MAC face-to-face, telephone and remote platform to all corporate offices’ users.
  • Keep the computers and peripheral computer equipment inventory updated.
  • SW update on servers.
  • Antivirus update on all corporate computers.
  • Helpdesk logs.
  • Equipment installation and configuration.
  •  iCloud accounts configuration.
  • Office 365 and OneDrive licensing installation,
  • Administration of NAS hard drives and/or all corporate offices servers.
  • Maintain network structure and install or repair nodes as required
  • Technical Support to all corporate offices’ users.
  • Support in the activities requested by your direct supervisor
