Chubb announces the appointment of Ulisses Soares as the new Vice President of Life for Chubb Latin America.
In his new role, Ulisses Soares will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Life business line in the region, executing plans to continue with the increase of existing channels, expand the product offer, develop strategic alliances and develop new products for customers of the insurance company.
Ulisses Soares has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in Latin America, with successful leadership roles in several companies such as AIG, Starr, Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford and AON. His professional career includes assignments in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Miami. Prior to joining Chubb, he served as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development for AON Affinity in the United States.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and Advertising from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a postgraduate degree in Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the Centro Universitário UNA.
In this new role, Ulisses Soares will report to José Sosa, SVP A&H and Life Chubb Latin America and a matrix report to Russell Bundschuh, SVP & Global President Chubb Life.
