Lockton Facultative CCA / Miami is looking for a world-class Personal Assistant / Office Manager / Superman / Wonder Woman. Someone who can solve problems before anyone else in the team knows that a problem even exist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Senior Management throughout their typical (or atypical) day, but will also learn and grow under the direction of the Regional COO.
Duties include internal and external meeting management, organizing international travel and events, producing management’s expense reports, and conducting office management duties, etc., as needed.
