You will have the opportunity to:
- Review risk analyses from junior brokers as well as developing and presenting innovative solutions and approaches for complex risk situations
- Secure comprehensive, tailored coverage and deliver innovative risk management solutions that help protect our clients against potentially costly losses
- Advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions
- Respond independently to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee the timely production of appropriate account/program documents and the follow-up on policy documentations
- Assist with identifying and pursuing potential opportunities to win new clients and projects
- Independently handle assignments and also assist more senior-level brokers in serving larger or more complex clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/re-insurers, clients and colleagues
- Secure comprehensive, tailored coverage and deliver innovative risk management solutions that help protect our clients against potentially costly losses
- Provide clients with risk transfer solutions, bench-marking, and claims advocacy through our global insurance placement network
What you need to have:
- Broad knowledge of coverage lines, markets and other more specialized products to better serve our clients
- Familiar with contract documents and bond forms including banking terms and conditions
- Exposure to educating the client regarding the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity that is required to support all surety transactions
- Experience with financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics
What makes you a stand-out?
- Experience as a Broker with diverse capabilities such as Property, Power, Casualty, Terrorism, Mining, Life Sciences &/or Real Estate
- Ability to negotiate comprehensive insurance solutions, including general product and public liability
- Experience with insurance solutions either on the basis of the lead policy or by accessing the markets on a follow-form or stand-alone basis
